1. No Refunds

All sales made through Poorna Store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services purchased, whether they are physical, digital, or service-based.


2. Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • The item you received is completely different from what was ordered.

  • The item was damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours of delivery, with valid photographic evidence.

Please Note:

  • Shipping is managed through third-party courier services.

  • The standard delivery period is between 10–15 business days after dispatch.

  • If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at mail@karaulishankar.info with your order details.

  • Claims for non-delivery will only be accepted after 15 business days from dispatch.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptions, please contact us at mail@karaulishankar.info within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery) of your order. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.


3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


4. Responsibility

Poorna Store is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Failed delivery attempts.

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preferences.
